Covid-19 Update for parents/carers
Government advice is for all children to stay at home and refrain from any social contact. However, the school is making provision to accommodate vulnerable children and the children/wards of key workers. Letters are attached clarifying the key worker professions, with instructions for what to do if this applies to you. Personalised letters will be sent out to any parents of students who meet the vulnerable definition as defined by the government.
Covid-19 Update for Parents/Carers 20/03/20
Please find, via the attached links, the arrangements for students to continue learning away from school for the next fortnight.
Year 11 and 13 should continue to work as normal until we receive further clarity from the Department of Education. We appreciate this is a challenging and difficult for them and as always our wish is to support and do the very best for them.
Letters will be emailed out shortly regarding the students who the government have identified overnight as needing the option of attending school on site next week. We will be understandably be requiring an immediate response to the letter so that we can plan for Monday. Thank you for your patience and support with this.
It is world book week at Abbeyfield School from Monday 2nd March to Friday 6th March.
