Our Key Life Skills curriculum comprises of PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education), RSE (Relationships and Sex Education) and aspects of our Citizenship and Careers provision.
The Key Life Skills curriculum enables our students to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes required to keep themselves healthy, safe and to prepare for their future lives and work. This is in addition to opportunities within our wider curriculum, assemblies and enrichment activities.
Key life skills aims to develop skills and attributes such as resilience, self-esteem, risk-management, teamworking and critical thinking in the context of three core themes: health and wellbeing, relationships and living in the wider world (including economic wellbeing and aspects of careers education).
