The Lowdown:  Mental Health charity, providing free and

confidential counselling, emotional wellbeing, sexual health and LGBTQ support services for 11–25-year-olds, covering NN1-NN7 postal area.

The Lowdown – LGBTQ+ Service: a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to attend as and when you like. It is a space designed so that you are able to explore who you are, to socialise, meet new friends, talk though difficulties with others who understand, whilst also having fun and joining in with activities.

Cruse offers face-to-face, group, telephone, email and website support. They have a Free phone national helpline and local services throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our services are provided by trained volunteers and are confidential and free.

 Hope Again is the youth website of Cruse Bereavement Support. It has been created for young people, by young people. They offer support, advice and a type of signposting service, solely online to children and young people who have lost a loved one/s. They want to break the isolation that grief brings, by providing a space for young people to explore their grief and feel less alone.
