• Admissions arrangement for 25-26: Abbeyfield has, in agreement with the Local Authority, admitted 240 students into Year 7. 
• Admission arrangements plan on remaining at 240 for the upcoming years.

We are currently consulting on our 2026 admission arrangements. No changes are proposed to how we allocate places at the school but it has been 7 years since we last consulted and this is a statutory requirement. Please see our proposed admission arrangements for September 2026/27 intakes below.

Appeals

    If you have applied for, but have been unsuccessful in obtaining a place for your child at our school, you have         the right to appeal for a place.

    Your appeal will be heard within 30 school days of your Notice of Appeal Form (see below) being received. You       will receive notice of the date of the appeal hearing at least 10 school days in advance.
